Step 1: Reset Your Password
Click the "Reset Password" link and follow the prompts to create a new password for your account. Ensure your new password is strong and secure.
Step 2: Set Up Google Authenticator
Download the Google Authenticator app from the App Store or Google Play Store. (You can scan the QR codes below to download the app).

Once you have your authenticator app setup and your password reset done, login to your account, follow the instructions and the QR code displayed on your screen with your Authenticator app.
Step 4: Authenticate Your Login
Enter the 6-digit code generated by the Google Authenticator app to complete your login and access your account.
Important: Once you have completed this initial password reset, you will no longer need to reset your password for future logins. Simply enter the one-time passcode (OTP) from your Google Authenticator app each time you sign in.
